General
- First look A pre-ceremony private moment between the couple, alone or with the photographer present, where they see each other in wedding attire for the first time before walking down the aisle.
- Full-service planning A wedding planning service tier where the planner manages every aspect of the wedding from initial design concept through final vendor payment, typically 12 to 18 months of work.
- Month-of coordination A wedding planning service tier where the planner takes over execution of the couple's existing vendor contracts and timeline approximately 30 days before the wedding date.
- Tablescape The complete decorative composition of a single guest table at the wedding reception: linens, centerpiece, place settings, candles, place cards, menus, and any additional decor elements.
- Vendor meal A reduced-cost (often hot, plated) meal served by the wedding caterer to working vendors (photographer, planner, DJ, band, videographer) on the day of the wedding.
